Information for Exhibitors (Virtual)
We are delighted to welcome you to the Scottish AI Summit as a virtual exhibitor on 30 March 2022.
Please find below all (hopefully) the information you will need. If any new questions come in to us that we think will be useful to everyone, we will add it here so please check back!

More details on your virtual stand, including access info, will be sent to you by 25 March 2022.

We recommend that you definitely have your stand staffed at the following times:
8:30am-9:00am Arrivals and registration
10:00am-10:30am Morning break
12:35pm-1:30pm Lunch
3:05pm-3:30pm Afternoon breakOutwith those times, we imagine most delegates will be in the sessions and you are all very welcome to join in.

We will add all exhibitors to the Scottish AI Summit the week beginning 21 March and we will announce you all in social media posts during the week too. Please look out for it!

The conference will run from 8:30am until 5:30pm however everyone will be given access to the platform at least 24 hours in advance. And the platform will be available for 1 month after the event.

We are sold out at capacity at 300 people for the day for in person delegates and we are currently approaching 450 online. All in person delegates will be given access to the virtual platform too. We anticipate a total audience of 700-800.
